Our Process Plant Hawaii is a family owned floral nursery based out of Waimanalo on the island of Oahu. We specialize in Orchids, Plumeria, Hibiscus and many types of exotic foliage. We try to use locally grown flowers and foliage in our arrangements, but almost everything is available to us from around the world. + Our designed wedding bouquets and arrangement packages start at $2,500 and include full service delivery and set up. For information on floral pricing, see below. Depending on size of wedding party and guest count, a package at that range may typically include bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, haku leis/floral crowns or loose flowers for your hair. Boutonnieres or leis for groom and groomsmen. Ring bearer and flower girl items. A selection of one of our arches or pedestals. Centerpieces and arrangements for the bar/cocktail tables and the cake. We will reach out to you and inquire of your inspirations. + Step 1 - Check My Date and Initial Consultation We start by asking for your wedding date so we can make sure we are not booked. Simply click on 'Check My Date' and a quick form will come up. Fill it out and hit send. We will check our calendar and quickly get back to you with our 'Floral Questionnaire'. Complete the questionnaire to share your design concepts and important details for your wedding. After completion, a complimentary one-hour design consultation can be scheduled to go over your vision and answer any questions and review the budget. You will then receive a proposal from our design staff. Next step is to 'Save the Date'.
+ Step 2 - Save the Date We will send you a proposal based on the discussed vision and floral choices. Now that you are ready to move forward with us as your florist, a deposit will be due to secure our services and Save the Date. If you are happy with the design proposal, a deposit will be required and your wedding/event date will be reserved on our schedule. We accept online payment by credit card, ACH bank transfer, or you can mail us a check. + Step 3 - Final Design After we have received payment, we will put a custom design proposal together for you. It will come with an online photo board of design styles, floral themes and flower choices. Please note: You are allowed as many changes as needed on your proposal up to one month prior to your wedding date. One complete redesign is included. Any additional redesign will have a $100 charge ( a 'redesign' means a start from scratch). All changes & add-ons are due one month before your wedding/event date. Your final balance due is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
